The main theme for the conference is the digital divide and its effect on
aquatic library services in developing countries. Papers and posters that present examples of "bridging the divide", within developing countries
and across the north-south divide, will be especially welcome. We would like to see delegates attend from Latin America, the Caribbean and the Pacific.
