IAMSLIC Task Force on the IODE initiative is set up
I am pleased to inform you that the Task Force on the IODE initiative for establishment of a joint IAMSLIC-IODE Group of Experts on Marine Information Management (IAMSLIC/IODE GE-MIM) has been set up. The group will discuss the IODE proposal and work on the recommendations to the Executive Board.
 The members of the group are:  Suzie Davies, Maria A. Ginori, Maria Kalentsits, Chris Nelson, Edna Nyika, Pauline Simpson, Brian Voss, Jennifer Walton.
Once again, my sincere thanks to all the volunteers who are willing to give their time and energy to assist the Executive Board with this important issue.
