I contacted Stephen Alayon from SEAFDEC/AQD via email to see how he and his library fared in the recent typhoon that swept through the Philippines. Â Many of you met Stephen at this year’s IAMSLIC conference in Florida.
I am happy to report that he along with his family and library staff are all OK, and his library was not damaged.
